Job Description
- Ensure accurate and daily recording of financial transactions
- Monitoring of accounts receivables and receivables
- Reconciliation of bank statement, ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Petty cash management
- Provide general administrative support to the organization
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
- Proper daily filing system in the account department
Skills / Education
- ND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
