Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Responsible for coordination of at least 2 master program
- Supports students and answer student’s queries and requests
- Upload lecture materials and assessments on the VLE for the programs.
- Sets up the classroom for the lectures and supports logistically the teachers for the class conduct
- Prepares and sends the Transcript of records, results and the Master’s Degree Certificates to students
- Host and Monitor the Online classes during the weekdays and weekends.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any discipline with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
