Job Description

• As the Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our company. You will oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and optimize business performance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 5 - 15 years experience
