Job Description

• Our client is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help build up their business activities
• Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products in person, we’d like to meet you.
• Ultimately, you’ll help our client meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our client’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales of properties with existing and new clients prospects.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Set up meetings with potential clients and close deals.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Conduct inspections of property with prospective clients.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Requirements and Skills

• A minimum of B.Sc in relevant field.
• 2-3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate industry
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Proven track of successful sales record.

Remuneration

• Salary: N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
• Plus Commission and other bonuses.
