African Natural Resources & Mines Limited (ANRML) was incorporated in 2012 as part of African Industries Group’s plan to embark on Backward Integration for its Steel Production. ANRML started its foray into Mining with the acquisition of Mining Lease in Kaduna State. Subsequently ANRML has also acquired multiple Mining and Exploration licenses in various minerals in over 15 sites and exploration activities are being carried out.

Job Title: Heavy Duty Automobile Electrician 

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Gujeni- Kaduna and Niger

Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Automobile Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in heavy-duty automobiles.
  • Repair and replace faulty electrical components, such as alternators, starters, and wiring.
  • Install and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, audio, and communication devices.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical problems and prevent breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to address complex issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automobile electrical systems.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Complete accurate documentation of all repairs and maintenance activities.
  • DC auto electrical knowledge in all models listed below LMV, HMV,Mitsubishi Models, FUSO,SINO, Backhoe loaders, KCB/ACE/CAT, Cranes Grove/ TIL/ Zoomlinr / Farana, Excavator CAT / Hitachi, Loaders SEM / Volvo / Bobcat

Qualifications

  • Candidate should possess a BSc in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of Trade Test Certificate orNational Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Automobile Electrician in mines and steel or engineering industry.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
