Established on October 1, 2004, the organization has actively engaged in a multitude of developmental programs spanning Health, Education, and Socioeconomic development. Job Description

  • As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s human resource operations.
  • A key aspect of your role will involve meticulous record-keeping and updating of human resource data, as well as processing employee-related documentation.
  • Additionally, you will actively contribute to recruitment efforts, conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, and vigilantly uphold the organization’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field.
  •  Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is required
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
