Job Description
- Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our client's market position.
- The Lead, Strategy will provide strategic guidance to senior management, identify opportunities for expansion and innovation, and foster a culture of strategic thinking across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to set business objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic projects such as market expansion, product development, and process optimization.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and meetings to engage stakeholders and drive strategic thinking.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investments to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain a robust strategic planning process, including scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment.
- Communicate strategic plans, progress, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in a related field is an added advantage
- Relevant certification is highly desired
- Minimum of 7 years experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
- Experience with strategic planning tools, techniques, and software.
