Pan African Towers Limited, is a telecommunications infrastructure and wireless service facilitator. We made our debut on the African continent, starting with initial business operations in Nigeria, in 2017; we will soon have operations in Ghana, and Liberia. We now have close to a thousand towers and operate in every city in Nigeria. We have an aggressive growth plan to reach all parts of Africa and aim to deploy up to thirty-five thousand (35,000) towers, within the next five years to help bridge the broadband coverage gap in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Oversees development of local policies, procedures and strategic objectives for marketing and selling the services provided by the company.
  • Responsible for sales & marketing strategy implementation, budgets and non-financial targets, having the key responsibility for attracting customers and ensuring a highly professional relationship to the various decisions makers within the customer’s organization
  • Setting and delivering objectives which are within the organizational strategy & business plans and will steer subordinated positions towards the achievement of these objectives
  • Making improvements to existing systems, practices and approaches and will have a hand in influencing productivity issues and working methods to meet customer needs.
  • To drive and manage the customer value proposition to secure growth and a profitable sales development
  • Creation of a high performing team environment enabling employees to reach their full potential and maximize personal and business performance.
  • To ensure that confidentiality is respected and maintained always.
  • Perform the Analysis of activity within the company’s industry to develop the best and most effective business plans and establish realistic and meaningful KPIs.
  • Provide financial and revenue support to the rest of the company’s team of executives.
  • Manage the commercial and sales team while being heavily involved in the motivation, drive, and development of new talent within the organisation.
  • Implementing and maintain sales processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bsc, MBA
  • 15+ years sales and account management experience Regional/global sales experience preferable.
  • 10+ years senior management experience.
  • Experience in Telecoms Service Provider or Telecoms Infrastruture Company is a required
  • Regional/global sales experience preferable.
