Job Title: Head, System Server Administrator

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Server Infrastructure Management, Monitoring and Maintenance.
• Hyper Converged Infrastructure Management (especially on Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure)
• Microsoft Office365 Administration.
• Active Directory (Hybrid) & Group Policy Management.
• Identity and Access Management.
• Patch Monitoring, Rollout and Management.
• Vulnerabilities Remediation, and Systems Security
• Enterprise Backup Management.
• User Profiling Setup and Management
• SharePoint and on-premises File Server Right and Access Administration
• Email Support
• Ensuring security and compliance of IT infrastructure
• Documenting and reporting on system configuration and maintenance
• Working knowledge of Domain Name service
• Working knowledge on Virtualization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
• Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)),Vmware, Nutanix certifications is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies.
• Comfortable talking about technical concepts and explaining how they work, both from a product and technical standpoint.
