Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Ticketing to lead our ticketing operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing ticketing strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer engagement.
  • This includes managing ticketing systems, setting prices and availability, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with marketing and events teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ticketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage ticketing systems, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Set ticket prices and availability to optimize sales and revenue
  • Analyze sales data to inform ticketing decisions and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ticketing standards
  • Lead and manage a team of ticketing staff, providing guidance and support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ticketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ticketing systems and industry best practices
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
