Job Summary

  • We are seeking a seasoned and assertive Head of Park Enforcers to lead our team of park enforcers in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective enforcement of park rules and regulations, maintaining order and safety, and providing exceptional customer service to park visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of park enforcers
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and respond to park violations
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure public safety
  • Investigate incidents and prepare reports
  • Provide training and guidance to park enforcers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Engage with park visitors to resolve issues and provide information

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in a outdoor environment
