Job Title: Clients Success Specialist

Job Description

• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively identify ways to add value and drive results.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic recommendations and solutions that align with clients' goals and objectives.
• Support project kickoff meetings to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, content developers, web designers, copywriters, developers, photographers, video editors and social media managers to execute projects effectively.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with clients to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and provide regular performance reports and insights.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
