We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
The site Manager will:
- Develop and implement a site management program,including preventing and maintenance life-cycle requirements
- Conducts and documents regular facility Inspections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules
- Supervise maintenance and repair of facility at the site
- Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers
- Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal etc
- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of site-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases
- Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in social science or related field.
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Working knowledge of procurement and contracts
- Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
- Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
- Supervisory experience
- Solid computer and systems knowledge.
