Job Title: Lead Instrumentation & Control Engineer | EXXON MOBIL

Rotations: 60 days of vacation/year
Job Description
- Selection of best technical / economical solutions and products for instrumentation and automation systems
- Review of client's technical documentation and control of subcontracted discipline engineering documents
- Instrumentation details design implementation on P&ID's interfacing with other project specialists and designers
- Instruments technical data sheets, specifications for the systems (DCS, ESD, F&G) and technical evaluations
- Engineering: Mounting sketches, Junction box wiring & Layout, Wiring diagram, Cable list, cable tray routing, Bulk material MTO list
- DCS Control System Narratives implemented by DeltaV Emerson system, logic diagrams, loop diagram, I/O list, Alarm list, Graphic pages
- Shut-down ESD architecture design & Cause and Effect diagrams interfacing with other project specialists and designers
- Elaboration of bid offers for vendors
- Instrumentation and automation system overall design integrity and compliance with
- international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices
- Telecomm system overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices
- Instrumentation automation and control systems concept design and detailed engineering design
- To review contractor instrumentation and automation and control system design
- Technical instrumentation and automation support to commissioning and production start-up
Desired Skills and Experience
- Technical Qualification in subject discipline (ONC min).
- Sound knowledge and experience of ESD, F&G, PSD, PLC's logic, control systems e.g. DCS. 5-6 years experience on the job required.
