Hec Recruit - Our client, a Food and Confectionery company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food and Confectionery Operations Manager

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Creating a comprehensive market list every Saturday for procurement on Monday or Tuesday.
• Paying riders everyday at close of business.
• Constantly checking departments to ensure a clean environment.
• Quality control
• Ability to sanction or fine a staff.
• Managing all appliances.
• Ensuring all staffs show up to work.
• Compulsory Saturday meeting.
• Confirming preordered products to ensure no staff is sticking an unpaid products into our daily delivery.
• Confirming items coming in from the market to ensure quality.
• Calculating Daily Expenses, Sales And Ensuring Minimal Wastage
• Sorting of vendors if need be.
• Ensuring staffs exhibit creative skills.
• Most importantly “Not Allowing Nonsence “

Requirements

• Must stay within Maryland
• Must be female
• Working hours: 7:45am - 8pm, Monday - Saturday.

Skills and Competences:

• Must be very conversant with the social media space
• In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and branding principles.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Research and analytical skills.
• Project management experience.
• Digital literacy in tools like Customer Relationship Management software.
• Sales and budgeting knowledge.
• Must be conversant with the social media space
• Time management and leadership skills(this is very important)

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
