Job Title:  Financial and Prudential Reporting Financial Controller (FC)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Sharing Finance values and principles
• Maniac in getting things done, meeting deadlines, able to deliver
• Can support deep cooperation within Finance
• Good at mentoring of subordinates
• Good at networking and managing stakeholders
• Can predict bottlenecks, proactively solving issues
• Clearly demonstrates and possesses ownership for reporting area

Knowledge and Experience

• Well-experienced with CBN regulations, accounting and reporting requirements
• Well-experienced in managerial reporting
• Certified with honorable respected professional body (ANAN, ICAN, ACCA)
• Deep knowledge of IFRS
• Good knowledge of consumer finance and retail lending
• Understands inter interdependencies between risk and profitability
• Experienced with foreign companies in Nigeria or abroad
• Successful and timely audits
• Knows how to interact with regulatory bodies
• Good managerial, communication and analytical skills
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
