Pride of Womanhood Empowerment Initiative (POWEI) is a female-led non - profit organization with the goal of ensuring self-reliance, empowerment, and healthy living for vulnerable women and their children. POWEI is currently providing remote qualitative and comprehensive services for Female Sex Workers (FSWs) and children of positive FSWs in more than 8 LGAs within Akwa Ibom state.

Job Title: Data Entry Assistant

Description
- We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, maintaining data integrity, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Enter data into the database with high accuracy and speed
- Review and verify data for errors and inconsistencies
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring duplicates are eliminated and data is up-to-date
- Perform data cleansing and data validation tasks
- Assist in data extraction and reporting as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
- BSc, HND in Computer Science, Statistics, or professional certification in data Analysis, equivalent required
- 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (60+ wpm) and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
