We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding massive dealer across business in Gree;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate distributor networks across business in Gree;
  • Initiate and lead sales activities to achieve sales targets;
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
  • Oversee, develop new business and ensure profitability;
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers;
  • Monitor and analyze performance dealers/customers performance and adverse accordingly;
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities for AC sales;
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure product publicity across business area;
  • Working with sales team members to achieve sales targets;
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs across targeted region;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 1-3 years experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales processes and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
