Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and driven Entrepreneur to lead and execute the launch of our innovative health and fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Transform visionary ideas into detailed, actionable plans.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently deploy resources and personnel to ensure project success.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with team members and stakeholders.
• Product Development: Conduct market research, develop innovative products, and execute launch strategies.
• Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.
• Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Social Media & Marketing: Oversee social media strategies and digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on TikTok and organic search.
• Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans and feasibility studies.
• Radical Ownership: Take full responsibility for project success from inception to launch.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 6+ years
• Proven experience in business management or project execution.
• Project management certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Expertise in TikTok marketing and organic search engine optimization.
• Resides in Lagos Island or willing to commute to Lekki.

Salary Range
N400,000 - N600,000 per month

Contract Details

• Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension.
• Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
• Accommodation: Optional accommodation available during the contract.
