Sales Force Consulting - Our client, a group of companies with Interest in telecommunications, vegetable oil production, hospitality and real estate, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Manager

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the palm kernel crushing mill factory operations towards quality products, market share increase and profitability
• Supervise the entire workflow ensuring all departments meet their deliverables
• Ensure the production achieve the company's operative goals.
• Draw up production schedules according to demand & inventory level.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Set up operating and quality standards, production processes and ensure implementation.
• Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) required
• Enforce health and safety precautions

Qualifications

• Preferably a Production, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry degree or any degree but with robust experience in Palm Kernel Crushing Mill operations

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
