Job Title: Pharmacy Supervisor

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise administrative staff, including pharmacy technicians and clerical personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the pharmacy administrative team, including scheduling, task assignment, and prioritization to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Monitor inventory levels of pharmaceuticals and supplies, place orders as needed, and ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide administrative support to pharmacy management, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing other tasks as assigned.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the pharmacy administrative operations and collaborate with management to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience working in a retail pharmacy setting, with knowledge of pharmacy operations, terminology, and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and inventory management
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant computer applications.

Salary

• N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
