Brief Description
- Operate and monitor oxygen plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production of oxygen. Maintain quality standards, conduct maintenance tasks, and adhere to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted oxygen production
- Regulate cylinder gas pressure.
- Distribute cylinders as needed.
- Perform maintenance activities.
- Record gauge readings accurately.
- Identify equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain logbooks and monitor equipment uptime.
- Manage spares and inventory.
- Implement safety measures and ensure housekeeping standards.
- Dispatch cylinders to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in oxygen plant operations.
- Certificate in ISO/Quality initiatives.
- Proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong record-keeping and communication skills.
- Ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
