Description
- He/she will manage interactions with customers through the company’s digital channels. He / she will also receive and process customers’ online orders as well as respond to customers’ queries and complaints.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND in any related discipline.
- Applicants must be resident around Lekki and environs.
Skills Required:
- Digital marketing skills
- Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal relationship
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
