Job Title: Order Fulfillment Officer
Location: Tradefair, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries online regarding product availability and costs.
- Sort, package, and label customer orders.
- Coordinate with dispatch riders for order pickups and delivery preparation.
- Inform customers about new arrivals and price changes.
- Promptly respond to all customer direct messages (DMs).
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers online.
- Confirm payments with management before processing orders.
- Monitor deliveries to ensure they reach their final destination.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any field.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Proximity to Trade Fair.
- Candidates must be tech-savvy and self-motivated.
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of customers via chat.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
