Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Port Harcourt.
  • The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, managing vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
