Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Develop and implement a strategic social media plan to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms
• Create compelling content that resonates with target audience and effectively communicate our mission and vision 
• Schedule and publish social media posts on a regular basis
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Track social media analytics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms
• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
• Analyze data to determine if social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
• Collaborate with marketing domain in creating and implementing effective online/offline marketing strategies
• Grow the company’s social media presence into new social media platforms

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, digital media or any other related course.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms is a plus
• Community management is also a plus
• Must have completed NYSC.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and resourceful, with a knack for creating engaging content 
• Ability to work independently, priotize tasks and manage time effectively
• Passionate about digital media 
• Build and nurture relationships with our online community including followers and partners
• Ability to produce high quality content for both website and social media channels
• Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics tools
• 1 - 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Must reside in Lagos.
