Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team.
• The successful candidate will prepare high-quality meals according to menu specifications, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist in menu planning and development as needed.
• Handle and store food products properly to prevent spoilage.
• Assist with the training of new kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 2 - 6 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
