Description

  • As a Legal Associate at Max Drive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal operations of the company.
  • You will work closely with the Legal Counsel and other stakeholders to provide legal advice, review contracts, and assist with compliance matters.
  • This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about law and wants to contribute to a fast-growing company in the mobility sector.

Responsibilities

  • Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
  • Assist with legal research on various topics and provide recommendations
  • Support the Legal Counsel in managing and resolving legal issues and disputes
  • Assist with the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary
  • Maintain legal filing systems and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of legal documents
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and advice on business initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the mobility or technology industry is a plus
