Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Akala Express, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused Hotel Supervisor to join our team at Akala Express, Ibadan.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel departments, providing exceptional service to our guests, and leading our team by example.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance)
  • Ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and guest registration
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address guest room and hotel facility issues
  • Manage housekeeping and front desk staff schedules
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Maintain accurate hotel records and reports

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Our Offer

  • Salary: N60,000 - N100,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
  • Accommodation: Available.
