• Welcoming Clients solving their problems.
• Handling bookings, and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
• Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
• Knowledge of CRM Software

Requirements

• OND is required
• A female is preferable for this role.
• You must be friendly, sociable and understand CRM software

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
