Job Description
- We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer to join our travel agency. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting clients with travel inquiries and bookings
- Answering phone calls, emails, and handling walk-in clients
- Providing information on travel destinations, itineraries, and services
- Managing bookings, reservations, and processing payments
- Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks
- Coordinating with travel consultants to ensure smooth operations
- Strong communication skills and a passion for travel are essential. Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus.
