Job Title: Cake Baker & Decorator
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Bake and decorate cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings, like flowers
- Bake and decorate different kinds of cakes and cookies with various flavors and designs.
- Display of products
- Recommend and formulate recipes
Requirements and Skills
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
- Should be able to use or learn to use industrial ovens
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders etc
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Experience with cake decoration techniques
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
