Job Description
We are currently looking for NUIMS Ventures Officer to join its work force in Nigeria. His/Her role shall include:

  • Be a part of the team in charge of relationship management with NAPIMS.
  • Reports to the manager PSC, DW ARAC providing support both to the manager and the coordinators.
  • Good knowledge of the PSC and other governing rules required.

Job Functions

  • Follow up on all CSR contracts, subjects and project implementations and commissioning.
  • Maintain database of all ongoing CFTs ensuring the current status is properly reflected.
  • Maintain follow up tracker of all current issues and active correspondences with NUIMS.
  • Receive and dispatch correspondence with NUIMS and keep tracks for proper follow up.
  • Prepare routine correspondences for review and signature.
    Daily visit and exchanges of letters and documents with NUIMS / NNPC, set up of meetings to address operational and contractual issues as required.
  • Support Coordinator PSC to coordinate and participate in the governance meetings (SUBCOM, TECOM & MACOM) to approve Budgets and Performances especially at working level.
  • Organize and coordinate sundry meetings including annual contractual/governance meetings – over 120 meetings per year
  • Take minutes of proceedings for all governance meetings and ensure sign-off.
  • Print and bind documents for meetings and other contractual reports submissions
  • Organize and set up logistics for meetings with NUIMS.
  • Carry out any other projects that maybe assigned by the Manager or Coordinators PSC.

Profile

  • Graduate Degree in a Technical, Finance, Business or Humanities field
    Technical or business experience of at least 3 years in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Good interpersonal & relationship skills
  • Very well-organized and methodical as well as ability in transverse role
  • Exhibit Company’s Attitude of boldness, cross-functionality, mutual support and listening skills.
