We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's customer base
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry organizations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
• Monitor and analyze industry data to provide insights on market trends and competitive activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas services, bidding, market trends, and industry regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create customer-focused programs to achieve desired sales results
• Establish the measurement system to quantify the effectiveness of investment
