Job Title: Field Officer

Location: Fadeyi - Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• As a Field Officer at Carbin Africa, your role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of field operations.
• Your responsibilities include accurate data acquisition, sales support, prevention of fraudulent activities, real-time platform updates, and positive customer interactions.
• Upholding data quality standards, generating regular reports, and contributing to compliance and quality assurance are key aspects of this dynamic role.
• Your systematic approach, adherence to KPIs, and commitment to fostering positive relationships contribute significantly to the overall success of the team and Carbin Africa's platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Systematic data collection with a focus on capturing all relevant details.
• Uphold data quality standards in line with Carbin Africa's guidelines.
• Generate and submit daily reports on field activities and challenges.
• Foster positive relationships with auto merchants through effective communication.
• Handle customer queries professionally, offering timely resolutions.
• Adherence to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for field operations.
• Conduct audits or inspections to verify compliance with laws and regulations.
• Take corrective action to improve compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
