Job Title: Administration Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Responsible for all administrative support requirements relating to the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Maintain appropriate records of training plans, documents, correspondence, and other communications as appropriate.
- Manage staff attendance.
- Facilitate strict adherence to statutory requirements.
- Complete all statutory recording ensuring administrative paperwork and records are completed and checked and ensure the hotel departments complies with food hygiene and environmental health regulations.
- Oversee the management of office supplies and stationeries and ensure replenishment;
Requisite Qualifications / Experience
- B.Sc (1st Class or 2nd Class) in Business Administration or Humanities
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position
Required Skills / Attributes:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
- Strong sense of professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and internet research
- High Emotional and cultural intelligence
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and Power point.
