Job Summary

• Seeking an experienced leader with a military background (preferably DSS) to manage our Enforcement Department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enforcement Division.
• Develop and implement security strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Respond to security incidents.
• Train and develop staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Report on enforcement activities.
• Manage the budget.

Requirements

• Military experience (preferably DSS).
• Leadership in enforcement/security roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Security and compliance.
