We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bancassurance Associate

Locations: Lagos, South-West, South-South, South-East and Northern Nigeria
Department: Retail Distribution

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and process leads provided from the bank
  • Sell Insurance products and service offerings to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Keep abreast of the features, terms and conditions, documentation requirements, and processes for the different classes of products offered by the company and convey same to existing and potential customers.
  • Provide guidance to customers in gathering all the requisite documents and in completing the relevant application forms for different insurance policy products.
  • Advise customers on different payment channels and platforms through which they can pay for their policies.
  • Validate and collect all relevant documents from the customers in compliance with the products requirements and ensure absolute compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Respond/Attend to all customer's complaints and enquiries and escalate to the appropriate officers in Retail Distribution.
  • Provide information on customer's premium payment and claims request as and when due.

Requirements and Competecies Specifications
Academic Qualification & Work Experience:

  • First Degree or its equivalent in Marketing / Sales and other related discipline
  • Minimum of one (1) year post qualification experience
  • Relevant Professional qualification will be an added advantage
  • Must have a good understanding of the location.

  • Good marketing/sales expertise with strong drive for results.
  • Good communication (oral and written) skills
  • Good Customer Relationship skills.
  • Good computer appreciation skills
  • Good attention to details and record keeping skills
