Job Title: Estate Surveyor and Valuer

Location: Shomolu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Requirements

• Must have worked with a real estate company for at least 5 years.
• B.Sc in Estate Management or any other relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years real estate experience in valuation and surveyor.
• Knowledge, Skills and Attributes required to execute the job
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market
• Ability to develop good working relationships with Clients, staff, vendors and contractors.
• Well organised and have excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as customer and client management skills.
• Multitasking and Problem-solving skill.
• Smart negotiation skills.
• Ability to make quick judgement and spontaneous decisions.

Salary
N150,000 monthly
