Job Summary

• Our client in the Pharmaceutical/Cosmetics industry is looking to hire a skilled Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating compelling visual content that resonates with their audience and aligns with their brand identity.
• In this role, the ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing, communications, and design teams to develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia assets for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

• Working on a wide range of projects and media, usingvarious software programs to visualize and developinnovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtaining input from managers to ensure that designsmeet organizational standards and brandexpectations, express ideas accurately, and representthe company or client appropriately
• Working independently as well as cooperatively withthe marketing team to meet deadlines, stay withinbudget, and schedule project implementation basedon workload, which may include five or moresimultaneous projects
• Translating strategic direction into high-quality designwithin an established brand identity
• Developing concepts by hand or with software, andexecute original content by determining the idealusage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Managing the design and uploading process for allproject materials, based on best practices for using acontent management system
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, webdesigners, marketing, printers, and colleagues asnecessary
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasksas needed
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts forproduct illustrations, company logos, and websiteswith software such as Photoshop
• Keeping up to date with design and software trends
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on anagreed brief
• Determining size and arrangement of copy andillustrative material, as well as font style and size
• Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts,including making decisions about fonts, images,readability, and readers’ needs
• Studying design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs usingsoftware or by hand
• Using the appropriate colors and layouts for eachgraphic
• Working with copywriters and the creative director toproduce the final design
• Testing graphics across various media
• Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visuallyappealing and on-brand

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience inprofessional graphic design, preferably with acreative or marketing agency, design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop,Dreamweaver
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or othergraphics
• Ability to work methodically and meetdeadlines
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Understanding of marketing, production,website design, corporate identity, productpackaging, advertisements, and multimediadesign.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
