Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, and supporting inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Promote special offers and loyalty programs.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and complete end-of-day reconciliations.
• Help with stock replenishment and product displays.
• Arrange merchandise displays and ensure they are visually appealing.
• Follow store policies and procedures for safety and security.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Support new team members with onboarding and training as needed.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
