Job Title: Customer Representative

Location: Olomore - Abeokuta, Ogun

Responsibilities

• Manage large amount of incoming phone calls
• Identify and access customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Receive and verify items delivered by carriers/vendors
• Good teamwork skills.
• Requirements/qualification

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc in any relevant field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Age Range: 24-27 years
