The
University of Lagos (UNILAG), a Federal Government University in Lagos, Lagos State, southern Nigeria, has remained one of the best and renowned in the country. Qualifications
- Prospective candidates should possess B.Sc. in Geography from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption.
- SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L Credit in 5 subjects including Mathematics and English is compulsory. M.Sc. Geography in Physical Geography (Climatology) would be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be computer literate and must demonstrate proficiency in the deployment of information and communication technology on total weather station, project planning and laboratory management.
- The candidate must have experience in carrying out experiment in geographical analysis and in addition, must be duly registered with the relevant Professional Institutes.
- Applicants must be ICT compliant. In addition, there will be IT proficiency test for all applicants.
