Job Description

• Do you have a flair for sales and customer service? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our client and contribute to the success of the fashion store.
• As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, providing exceptional service to our clientele, and upholding the luxurious brand image of our store.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the perfect fashion pieces that suit their style and preferences.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, offering personalized recommendations, and closing sales transactions.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving individual sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Strong passion for fashion, with a keen eye for style and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality, and a genuine desire to help customers look and feel their best.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
