Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and events as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to understand and present technical product information.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- A female is Preferred
Salary
- N70,000 - N90,000 per month
