Job Description

• We are looking for proactive and experienced Parking Supervisors to oversee our team of Parking Attendants.
• As a Parking Supervisor, you will ensure smooth operations within our parking facilities, maintain high standards of customer service, and manage the day-to-day activities of the attendants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Parking Attendants.
• Ensure efficient and effective management of the parking area.
• Train and mentor new Parking Attendants.
• Resolve customer complaints and handle any parking-related issues.
• Maintain records of parking activities and prepare reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking facilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of HND or B.Sc.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar role is preferred.
