Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketer with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the Abuja real estate market.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients, manage marketing campaigns, and ultimately drive the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns for our real estate properties.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Skilled in client conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing and sales.
• Deep understanding of the Abuja real estate market.
