Operations Manager (Expat) at Amaiden Energy Nigeria

Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited (formerly Moody International Nigeria Limited) was established in 1996 as a partnership between Moody International Group and Nigerian investors. Since commencing operations in March 1997 the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous Projects in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Operations Manager (Expat)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Assume the role of a manager by leading a team to attain the employers goals, vision and mission.
• Accomplish organizational objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating staff activities.
• Maintain Staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees subject to approval of the board of the employer.
• Grow, develop, monitor and ensure proper accounting of the finance of the Employer.
• Ensure a safe, secure and legal work environment. Develop personal growth opportunities.
• Complete staff performance reviews.
• Commitment of time and skill towards meeting up of key performance index as may be specified for the employee by the employer during the course or tr,
• Any other duties and work schedule as may be assigned to the Employee by the employer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• 7-10 years' experience in operations, business management.
• Previous Experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and other related software.
