Job Summary

• The Store and Inventory Manager is responsible for managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution within the QSR restaurant. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records and working closely with the General Manager to support the restaurant’s operational needs.

Role Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Ordering and Receiving:

• Order supplies and raw materials based on restaurant needs.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Storage and Distribution:

• Organize and manage storage areas to ensure efficient use of space.
• Ensure proper rotation of stock to minimize waste and spoilage.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports as needed.
• Use inventory management software to track stock levels and orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Inventory Management or related field
• 3-5 years Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a QSR setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
