Job Title: Inventory Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Manage the processing of all Company Inventory process, run quarterly inventory enquiry reports, launch necessary investigation, to take appropriate action, ensure continuity of supply and ability to report & record accurate information.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining operational policies and procedures as well as strategies to drive productivity, profitability and customer service levels.
  • Manage the store's employees,including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities by training, coaching and developing the team.
  • Create loading and offloading structure Nationwide that can fit the company requirements.
  • Insure that all Branches Stock Arranged professionally with minimum space consumption.
  • Insure all stock inventory Nationwide tally with Company software at any point of time.
  • Ensure that stock taking at Gbagada and Ikotun done quarterly for all items JMG/Jamara and other branches will be on a daily basis sampling audit.
  • Create process to reduce damages and theft.
  • Coordinate with all Branches floor Supervisors to ensure process are followed .
  • Cooperate with Logistics with all Client deliveries and branches transfers to ensure zero delays from both sides and to keep loading timeline on the fast track.
  • Control Diesel / PMS stock as well receiving and issuing for all branches and ensure Zero theft.
  • Counting Gensets three times a week to ensure Physical Vs AX are tally.
  • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 - 10 years of proven working experience in asset and inventory management in large organizations.
